Oasis only shows what was done by Ford under the warranty. Anything the previous owner paid for his or herself won't show up... even if the work was done at Ford.
Well, it's not necessarily a risk, however, I'm just saying that if the Oasis report comes back sparkling clean, it doesn't really mean much unless the dude has all the maintenance records documented

Just to add to the above info, OASIS only shows warrantee work for the past 10 model years. So since this is 2013, OASIS will only go back to the 2003 MY.

The Oasis report also shows notices that Ford sends to the dealer telling them to cover things otherwise outside the normal warranty. I had a dealer want to charge to replace a catalytic converter on my car because it wasn't under warranty -- until I gave him the tech bulletin number that told him how to do the repair and that it was covered.
Oddly enough, that Oasis report was one I got courtesy of a member here -- back when we could ask for them here.
On a side note, just for conversation sake, OASIS is an acronym, that's why it's spelled in all caps.
It's a Ford database and it stands for Online Automotive Service Information System.
There's actually a ton of info to be had, only some of which is directly related to a specific vehicle and warrantee reported work, along with recall info and TSB's.
