Transfer Case fill plug question

Transfer Case fill plug question
Ok, can a BorgWarner 1345 or 1356 be filled from where the speedometer cable attaches? Someone destroyed the fill plug on my transfer case, yet the drain plug is perfect/intact. Its behind a 89 E4OD, and its a f250 hd diesel if that helps determine the transfer case model number.

Yes you can fill it from the speedo, only thing you'll have to do is measure how much you need and fill it up and give it a few minutes to drain into the sump before driving.
