Well was finally able to get some pictures posted in the ol gallery of the new lift. I got the 8" superlift, after 2.5 weeks of waiting, and installed a few weekends ago. So far so good, absolutly love the look and ride. Actually rides better than stock IMO. The 35's look great under the 8" with all the clearance. Hopefully i will get 37" SSR's by the end of the summer. Post any comments or questions, greatly appreciated...
Truck looks great. Do you have a front driveline? I still haven't gotten mine lengthened. You should consider 38 radial swampers. I love mine I put them on mine with the same 8" superlift and they never rub. ever. Here's a pic.
They do hit the springs when you turn them too sharp but I'm sure your 37's will do the same. My $.02
Sharp lookin truck. I just got some 35" BFG Mud Terrain's and 18x9 Ultra Rims...I'm only gonna go with a 5.5 inch Fabtech lift, but now I'm debating whether or not to go 8! You're truck looks sweet with that setup.
hey thank you all for your replies.... rrmike, since the pictures i went and had the front shaft lenghthened... It needed to be 2" longer and cost 115$ to do that. The local shaft place did it all and painted it no prob. Like yours, the rear was fine with the carrier bearing drop.
The setup before the lift in the photos above were with the same tires, maxxis buckshot mudders, 315/75/R16. I had, and still have a one inch block in the back and two add-a-leaves in the front. The two add-a-leaves gave it roughly 4" lift, and surprisingly didn;t even ride that bad.
Point being that I'm new and unfocused in these chat forums.
I meant to say that my Deaver springs (supposed to be 8" lift) netted me almost 10" of lift (even after 500 miles)
