Electrical Issues (PLEASE HELP)

if anybody else is having this problem this is how I fixed it,

Wow thanks a bunch. I knew it was possible. I figured someone would come up w a fix. I figured windows and radio would be powered all the time. But your fix appears to be better. I've had this problem for 5years. And have just remembered to keep my windows up. Thanks again!
