Engine off?

Idle is roughly 580-620 ICP psi and 21-23% average IPR

ICP sensor should read .16 - .28 volts which is less than 70 psi KOEO

Were those numbers at operating temp? If so the ICP reading is too high at idle and the IPR% is too low due to the ICP reading.

Yes the numbers were at operating temp. The truck will start fine when the motor is cold but when the temps come up it either wont start or if it does start it has a very low idle and the throttle is disabled i am in pueblo

Was there any oil in the electrical connection when you unplugged it? Perhaps unplugging it and plugging it back in reestablished a good connection.

Question: On the 50 or so HPoil systems I have broken into I have never found any residual oil pressure, further it is my understanding that the pump can't make oil pressure unless it turns.

So what pressure are we seeing at only koeo and no rotation. Just curieous..

Just the normal values for the sensor. The sensor never really "closes" (or "opens" so to speak) if it shows 0 volts, which equals 0 pressure then the sensor is bad.
