f350 brakes??

Okay so I recently picked up a dana 60 out of an 80 f350 four wheel drive single wheel. Looking at the brakes, I believe they are from a dually as they are 12x2.5. I don't have any idea who did that, but I am positive that it isn't a dually axle because the leaf spring mounts are not set in far enough to clear a dually rim (I checked with a dually rim). Regardless of all of this stuff, i know the outer flange is a rectangular 3 3/8"x3 9/16" style. I have looked and hunted and dug and looked some more for brake parts for this thing and I have come up entirely blank and extremely ticked off. I need to know if anybody knows where to find the parts (preferrably a kit) starting at (and including) the backing plates out to the drums. It's an old school 8 bolt if that helps.

Are you thinking the 12x2.5 are too large, or too small?
My 85 F-250 w/Sterling 10.25" has 12x3" brakes.

Neither. They're fine but the backing plates are shot and I cannot seem to find them online anywhere. I planned on buying a kit because the pads, cylinders, and hardware is also shot.

I would be easier for you to go and get a Ford/Sterling 10.25 out of a little bit later truck and drop that in. Usually the 4x4's are a 3.55 or a 4.10 ratio.
