cycling and no a/c
I had no a/c so I thought I would add a can of R134. (it had been converted professionally at a shop by previous owner.)
The clutch still cycled often. So I checked the power plug to the clutch and it had 12v at all times. (I had checked the pressure switch before hand). I'm in the middle of doing a compressor swap (almost as cheap as just a clutch and I don't need the pullers). Am I going in the right direction?
I just got guages but I had already pulled the compressor. Should I just reinstall the old compressor and recharge and check pressure Or continue with the swap?
