Sync and Nav

My Sync and Nav takes about 8-10 minutes to load every time I start the truck. What is the fix? The Sync the other day did a schedule maintenance and then the Nav showed me being in Dearborn, Mi. not Texas. Any help is appreciated.

Try pulling the fuse for a bit. I've had some nuances with Sync in my truck that were cleared up by pulling the fuse/resetting the system.

Worth a shot...

Which model year is your truck? I'm happy to look into this further, as well as check for an available software update, send me a PM with your VIN.

Thanks, but I took it to the dealer and they flashed the the sync and now it works perfectly.
