Shifting issues
I recently bought a 1978 F100, and started doing light restoration. In the last two months, I have replaced the front calipers, master cylinder, coil, plugs and wires. The truck was running great, until a week ago. While sitting at a stop, I am having to floor it to start moving forward. Fluid level is fine, and once I get rolling, it will shift just fine. Reverse is not an issue either.
So my question is related to the vac modulator. Since I did my tune up, and changed the MC and brake booster, could a vac leak be causing this issue? Thanks.
