Ranger 5r55e problems
Ok so i was on my way home from a truck-pull the other day and then my transmission started slipping. So I checked the fluid and it was way low, so I limped it home and put some fluid in it and after playing with the gears a little it started working again. Everything was good and it would only slip sometimes if I really got on it. So yesterday I started it up and I had no reverse no drive but the weird part is if I put it 1 or 2 it don't slip at all. I took out the valve body and the gaskets aren't blown or anything. I don't want to rebuilt the whole the so what could be the issue?
