I have a problem I just had drivers side y-pipe replaced, so no more exhaust leak, but I was wearing sandels and was driving and felt air rushing in at floor vent drivers side with everything off on HVAC system any ideas? Its definitely coming from vent and not through firewall. Any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like they left on of the vacuum hoses unplugged and the controls aren't working correctly. If you have a 4x4 and/or crewcab you may have other vacuum issues. Typically there's a spaghetti sized gray vacuum hose on the passenger side of the truck that gets left off that causes the issue.
OK thanks I will check that , I do have a a crew cab short bed w/ manual locking hubs what other issues????

disregard it was the grey spaghetti looking size line vacuum line thank you
That's by far the most common. CC trucks have a heater valve that it connects to and 4x4's sometimes leak at the hubs, but kewl that you had the easy fix.
