factory A/C swap??

factory A/C swap??
hi there, i was wondering can i swap out my factory A/C out of my 76 f350 460 super camper special to put into a 77 f250 400 camper special that didn't come with factory A/C??

It can be done but it would be a lot of work.
You'll need to get the correct brackets for the 400, cut a huge hole in the firewall for the evaporator housing and cut holes in the dash for the vents, or swap dashes.
A better (and, in the long run maybe cheaper) alternative would be a new aftermarket in-dash unit from someone like Nostalgic Air. They have units designed specially for our trucks. Aftermarket Air Conditioning For Automobiles and AC parts
