I don't recall off hand, but using the search function will get you what you're after. However, if you're fiddling with it and it doesn't seem responsive, I've read you shouldn't be surprised if the buttons don't work. That's a common problem with these, but can be fixed pretty easily.
There are three buttons. Time, Date and something else I cannot remember. Seems like the last time I unhooked my battery I had to hold in the time button and use my pocket knife to push the little button to the right of the big ones. I'll go fiddle with it and report back for you instead of being a "search" ****. lol. It can be cumbersome to search through thousands of threads that might have what you are looking for. give me a few minutes.
Mine has 2 buttons on the right, for time hold down the time button on the left and use buttons on the right for hours and minutes. Mine didn't work very well so pulled the clock and sorayed it down good with contact cleaner, now all the button work.
To set the "hour" digit: Hold "time" and use a pen tip to press the left "reset" button.
To set the "minute" digit: Hold "time" and use the right "reset" button.
For the "Month" digit: Hold "Date" and use the left "reset" button.
For the "Day" digit: Hold "Date" and use the right "reset" button.
I cannot get my E/T botton to function, so you are on your own for that one.
Is your clock original? The one on my '85 doesn't have any of those tiny recessed buttons requiring the tip of a pen to press. I know there were a couple versions made. One from '80 to around '82, and then another design afterwards. The procedures for setting each are different. The earlier design is supposed to be more reliable...
Using the search function amd sifting through countless posts is a right of passage here, isn't it? The following only took me a few seconds to find:
