Need some answers lug nut problem

Need some answers lug nut problem
Hello everybody im new on here and i need a answer i bought new mag lug nuts for my rims and now that im ready to put them on i find out the shank on the nut is a hair to long.Can i get thicker washers or wheel spacers or what would you all suggest be the best fix for this problem.Oh ya i cant return the nuts for shorter shank nuts so im stuck with what i have..

Go back and buy the correct nuts. Chalk it up to experience.
On second thought--how far off are you? The thicker washer might work, but to find the right one plated might be a trick. I would NOT use spacers.
