Now that's nice Cooper. You'd the man. Old iron, First Gen Lightning & late model. You're gonna' have to go 60's-70's next for the collection.

What's the year & specs on the new purchase.?

Somebody give that man some rep, I'm all spent.

2008, with the 6.4L powerstroke. I think it maybe has somewhere around a 2"x4" leveling kit. I almost got a stock 2006 with the 6.0L until I found this one for the same price. I have also heard so many negative things about the 6.0L powerstroke

Yes I'm turning wrenches on the 77 F150. Only way to keep it runnin. Recently replaced the power steering gear box. got a discount from RedHead for being a FTE member. Finally found good seats in local junk yard. Thought they sat too high at first. Then looked at old, origonal, seat and saw daylight through driver side. Reason new seats seem high is I was sitting on floor in old bench seat. Hope to see some of Y'al at crusin the coast again this year. Chip

Carpenter work, 4th, and then sawmilling has had this monkey jumping. That plus two Grandsons playing youth baseball.

If you have not voted in the Wood-Mizer Personal Best Contest, remember that you can vote weekly. I am now on page 3. Thanks. Lynn

Hey Clint, thanks for dropping by.

Lynn, stay cool out there. (voting done too, by the way)

Chris, I'm hoping for a good trip to the coast this year. We've got our reservations. I've got to do some work on my 94 before it makes the trip. A solenoid pack & tranny fluid change for one. I'd like to add a deep pan & temp gauge at the same time but the cost may prohibit it. My drivers window is acting up & when I went to play with the switch the danged tab in the door panel that holds the switch pack broke, so building it up with epoxy is on the list now as well. Blasted plastic in these years just seems to rot.

David I have the same problem with plastic window crank on my 77. The plastic handle stripped out so now the handle is a vice grip pliers. Easier to improvise on the old trucks. Chip
