F250 Faded Cowl

I've had good results using paint made for plastic surfaces. It is a special paint and it stays slightly flexible.
I think all the rub on liquids are preventive maintenence, so I doubt that they can bring it back from a faded condition. But if you try it...please put up some before and after pics so I can see how much effect it has.

ETR by Valugard. Lasts for years, used by many vehicle manufacturers to resolve warranty issues of black, pebble or grained plastic/abs trim.
You don't even have to remove or mask the parts.
There are TSB's regarding it and a video of application at valugard.net.
You can use it to bring back the mirrors, door handles, etc.
Get a little on the paint, you can wipe it off if you do it within the first couple of hours.
Just keep it dry from water or cleaners for 24 hours and it will last for over 5 years.
I use it all the time, make good money bringing back faded trim parts on many kinds of vehicles.
Just doesn't work on parts that were made with an internal release agent, like early Bow tie Avalances. Goes on, but doesn't hold up for long on such parts.
