Hi, Everybody, I just joined this forum, found it while researching Ford 6.0 diesel problems. I don't believe that I will trade in for a 6.0 since the 1999 f-350 with a 2000 7.3 I've had for 7 years has ran perfect with no major problems. However it is time to get another Ford since the rest of my truck is wore out. It is very hard to find low mileage 7.3 trucks with the 6 speed manual transmission, most have automatics that will never be found in my driveway, only like the standards. I have three other Fords, a 2007 explorer sportrac (family car) and a 1959 f-100 short bed hot rod in bad need of its third rebuild and paint, and a 1931 Model A tudor sedan rat rod project. Well just wanted to introduce myself, Y'all take it easy.

Hi, again, just an update I sold my f-350 7.3 6 speed crew cab dually flat bed yesterday but replaced with a f-250 super cab 7.3 6 speed short bed which is the down size I wanted and made $2750.00 profit in the process while no dealers made anything both deals were with private parties.
