Any Idea where I could find interior door panels for 72 F100 and where do you get misc. clips, screw, etc. for same vehicle. Need screws for armrests and the screws & backings that hold the chrome trim corners to the hood.
I have a catalogue from dennis carpenter and in there they are $35 each for the armrests-only black, and the only door panals they have are for the 69 or 70 and they are $110 per pair in a variety of colors. As for the screws, if you have one, they can probably match it at a hardware store, and if not, I have 6 screws for the armrests, as I bought two from a junkyard for $5 Your profile says that you, as am I, from Georgia. What part? If you are close, I know where you can get those door panals cheap, not in great condition, but OK....
I'm sure that BB will tell you to check www.motorhaven.com for the parts, but that is his job. And the "Hood Lip Moulding Retainers" are $2 each, and it takes 6 according to this.
On a related question, I have a '71 SC and the vinyl on the door is in great shape, but the plastic chrome piping that goes around the door is flaky. I know there are places that do plastic chroming, but I am not sure how to get that off without damaging it. Also, it's design is 2 pipes, with a channel separating them. It's all one unit, but the channel is black. I guess I could hand paint that if I got the chrome repaired. Any suggestions or ideas?

Didn't want to start a new thread on this. Can anyone answer my questions above?
Thanks

Boy, I really gotta check more of this site out! In the last week I've been instructed to go to the lubrication and appearance forums. I never even knew about them before this. I usually just go straight to '67-'72 forum. I really gotta get out more
