I couldn't find any of the wire clips, but successfully substituted plastic "Christmas Tree" clips by trimming 2 sides of the heads of the clips so that they would just slide into the backside of the trim piece in the same way as the original clips. There are many lengths, head sizes, and barrel diameters available in these plastic clips, so you should be able to find one that will work for you. At my local parts store, all their various clips are mounted on a masonite board, making it easy to choose the one you need. Where I used these altered clips was in the trim strip at the front edge of the dash just under the windshield of my '66 F250. Works great.
