parking brake assembly question
Hey all,
I got the cable replaced (rusted inside cable housing) on the truck. Now the pedal assembly won't go down more than an inch. I can see the cable isn't moving at all, and it seems the lever is getting caught on something. I haven't tried using the parking brake forever so I don't know if the mechanic may have botched it up or not.
Regardless, I need to fix or replace the assembly. I did a search, but I didn't see any details on the R&R or repair of the assembly.
Has anyone done this? If so, how involved is it?
