OK, so the driver's side door on my 1965 F100 has been replaced by a door from a F250. The warranty tag is for the F250, not my F100. Is there any way to find the orginal production record for this truck in order to get the orginal paint and interior info? When I inquired with Ford they say "no, warehouse fire destroyed your record". I do have have orginal F100 warrany tag number as that is what is utilized on the truck title.
Any help would be appreciated!

It's the same old story...people replaced damaged left doors with used doors. 99.9% of the time, they failed to install the original Warranty Plates on the replaced doors.
No records exist as FoMoCo THREW THEM AWAY decades ago.
AFAIK, the 1964/65 Warranty Plate (same) is not reproduced, so even if you could come up with all the original codes, there's nothing to stamp them on.
