2003 van

Hey guys I need some help.
I have a 2003 e350 van with a 5.4. One of my plugs blew out so I pulled the motor had both heads checked and repaired. Put in all new parts except pistons, rods, crank and cams. Now the engine runs but its idled very high in park. When in gear it seems to run at normal rpm. I have not driven it much but no codes has popped.
What did I do wrong or miss? Vaccume line, sensor? I feel real good about the timing. As I said its a van and everyting is crammed in.

What RPM's does it idle at when first started?

Does it maintain that same RPM anytime its in Park or Neutral?
