inconsistent sputtering/missing when in park or neutral

inconsistent sputtering/missing when in park or neutral
A little while I had to replace my spark plug wires as I kept on get a missing out of the truck when I would be going down the road causing loss of power. Well that was situated but now I have a sputtering/missing almost while it is in park or neutral but not when I put in gear. Could it be the wire that goes to the coil from the dizzy as the spark plugs are also brand new and it just seems like it would be in the ignition system but I dont know for sure.

from what I can see I have no vacuum leaks and Im sitting at about 18-19 lbs on the vacuum gauge. The vac advance gave me a problem but got that situated. By wiring, what are you inferring? By the way it is a 300i6 with a Petronix Electronic Ignition w/o the "silver box" so we soldered the trucks wiring to the dizzy after bypassing the computer.

Are you sure the OEM box is fully bypassed?
