That's a great idea-----no doubt he put a lot of thought into its design.
I had a similar idea to fit the same sort of tool cart--Cornwell or Matco brand---onto an ambulance stretcher. It would have allowed me to pull almost every tool I needed to replace a windshield right up to the job. Once finished it was a simple matter of loading it up just like a patient before securing it for transporting to the next job.
Good idea, tough to execute as I planned but still rambling around my mind.
