1965 Ford door panel decode

Recently joined the FTE with restoration in mind. Obtained the Ford of my dreams and need help with the complete identification from door panel.

VIN F10JK696882

Door tag is;

115J F100 581 A 09 5000 129 4000 64

I believe from scratching the truck paint was red originally only can not seem to identify the balance. I understand the VIN but the panel code escapes my ability. A web search was futile.

A Sage once stated, doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result was insanity!

Sabre...I looked for your post and couldnt find it either...much less the OP's original post...went back to the 18th too...Anyway, heres the decode..

F10= F100 1/2 ton 2WD truck
J= 240 6 cylinder engine
K= Kansas City Assy plant
696882= June 1965 Build

115= wheelbase in inches
J= Rangoon Red, exterior color
F100= F100 2WD series truck with a load rating of 5000#
5= Red Crush Vinyl & Red Wicker Pattern Vinyl 81=81A= base model truck
non Custom Cab
A= Light duty 3 speed manual transmission
09= 3:70 rear axle gear ratio, non locking
5000= Trucks max GVW fully loaded
129= Engines cert NET HP and the specified RPM..in this case 4000
4000..see above :-)
64= New Orleans, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from. This was bought off the lot, not special ordered

Geez Don, I found the Saber's decode in 10 seconds by clicking on docno .. then "find all back posts by docno." He's a

docno hijacked another members decode thread that I decoded the info, then asked for decode there.

I wonder if docno refers to Doctor No? If so, he musta parked his tardis on another planet in outer Galiffrey!

btw: Weasel called, said he's moving to MO, asked my opinion. I told him he was nuts! What the hell will he do there? He gets lost here as soon as he backs out of driveway!
