new ford member here!!
well looks like I'm getting my first truck. I have been looking for a nice 3/4 ton ford for about a month, I just found the truck im getting. Its a 2000 f250 quad cab 4x4 larait. It has the big v10 motor and auto trans, 4" lift on it to. I am wanting to plow with it. Anything to look for as far as preventive maintenance? Truck is extremely clean!!!!!! 150,000 miles on it, never had a plow on it, just mainly used to cruse around with. I was looking at the 7.3 diesels, but they require alot more up keep im finding out. Any info would be great! Thanx in advance

I wouldn't say the 7.3 requires more upkeep. I would prefer one for plowing, but the v10 will still handle it just fine. Welcome aboard.
Just make sure once you get it that all filters and fluids get changed.
