Sirius antenna installation

My '09 F-150 XLT has a Sirius button but I don't thinkit has an antenna. When iI hit the Sirius button it says "no sat radio", my question is how difficult is it to install the antenna?

Also, I see a belkin antenna on Amazon for under $14, if anyone has used it, let me know what you think. And if there's any suggestions for good antennas out there I'm all ears.

TIA

You'll also need the Sirius tuner. It's a separate box that plugs into the back of the radio. The antenna plugs into that box.
