I have a 2008 expedition LT the radio works fine on am or FM or cd mode but no reception for Sirius radio. I had it rebooted but still does not work. the Sirius radio people told me I need a new tuner. Can someone tell me where the tuner is located and how much a new tuner would cost? thanks in advance for any help you can give me. oldguy1944

 

I don't know if on a 2008 if it is built into the radio or not. My 2005 it was a separate box that plugged into the back of the radio.

 

I just looked at some wiring diagrams and it looks like it has a separate Sirius box they call SDARS.
