I'm gettin' aggrivated here... I've searched everywhere suggested on the MotorHaven site (http://www.motorhaven.com/Web_store/Html/chipcodes.html), and can't find the stupid 4 digit code. I'm ready to order the Delta today, but I can't until I find this stupid thing!! I checked on the computer itself, and found a small label with:

Nothing at all on the rectangular connector going from the firewall to the wiring harness. No labels, stickers, nada. Nothing else at all on the computer itself.

Guys, help a brother out, here. Any suggestions?

 

What is it? By the part numbers, most likely a 1991. Let me know and I can help.

 

It is in fact a 1991 Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition. 302 with E4OD. Any other ???'s, lemme know, I'd be happy to offer any assistance necessary to get this figured out before I have to go to work this afternoon. Thanks!

 

The code is A1C. Its an F150/Bronco code for 1991. We can program this one!

 

Are you serious? Jeez, I'm killin myself here looking for a 4-digit code. lol oh well, thanks a ton. Just one more question, just need to know exactly how to order this. I'd like the 2 or 3 stage, one premium gas program, one 87 octane, and then off/disabled. Which would be the best to choose, and are there any special instructions I need to indicate? Thanks a ton for your help.

Nevermind, I'm just gonna go with the 2 Stage. If I decide to mess with it later, I can always have the third program added. Thanks again for your help!

 

For 1994 and older it can be several formats:

LLLN
LNLN
LNL
LN

and for some vehicles, just L (the Ford Probe is such an example).

L=letter
N=number

Go to the 3 stage chip, click details. Fill in the stages you want, along with the ECU code.

 

Hey, just wanted to thank you again for your help. As you probably saw, I ended up going with the 3 stage with the lockout and the lighted switch. Just wondering what the turn-around/delivery time is on these? I'm incredibly impatient. Can't wait for it to arrive.

 

Okay, seriously, how long do these things take? It's been a full week, and the order is still saying "queued". The changes were never made to the order, and it's still looks like nothings been done. What's going on here? I mean, I know I'm impatient and all but I'm gettin a little worried here. Anyone?

 

sorry, it's only been about 4 days. LOL I misread the date on the order. I THOUGHT that week went by awfully fast. lol I'm still interested to find out the average delivery time, but for the most part, I was freaking out over nothing... what a ninny....

 

I believe this was programmed and shipped last week. Sorry for the delay replying, I've been out of town on business since Friday.

The web site doesn't tie into UPS and therefore isn't updated. We have UPS email you the tracking number directly.
