It will hold it for a while, but if you want to go that big, I'd suggest you get a transmission that is built to handle it. There are several options to choose from.
well i am aware of BTS and JW transmissions but i would like to know of any other options! but itll be about 6 months before i can pay for a BTS or JW and my current trans is slipping really bad after 2500 RPM's so im not sure how much longer its going to last. ive had to really try to baby it while towing for work and driving in stock setting.
Bill at Racer-X or David at Diesel Innovations come to mind off the top of my head. Both of them can build a transmission that can handle 425 hp. Racer X will sell you the parts if you want to do the work yourself.
its just funny because as long as my RPM's are under 2500 everything is fine but if go above that with about 3/4 throttle, it slips and slips and then will grab

Swamps is another option to look at. I talked to them when I got my injectors. They had a few different high performance transmission options with fair pricing. I don't remember exact price but it was cheaper than the 2 big name's ^
Tugly has that transmission with some power and it seems to be living. You may want to get with him if you looking to go that route.
Performance transmission out my way on Crabb rd. built mine. I believe he is retired and doing transmissions on the side, with awesome rates and extremely knowledgable. You may want to try giving him a call and tell him what you want.
My HD4R100 has already taken much more punishment than the average daily driver would. I've experimented with tunes meant for the non-HD variety and countless WOT tests while recording AE data (about 40K miles and counting). This is what I've learned so far: That is one tough sumbich. "Conventional" bump-ups to the tuning really slap you and the truck around... I've even had a TCLU scratch (on video) at WOT. During a live-tuning session, it was determined the HD4R100 is on its best behavior with stock transmission tuning (with a couple of small tweaks) and the 800+ ft/lbs I have under my right foot. One would get the impression that the boys at Ford designed the transmission to work with stock tuning... how about that.
Saying all of that, I would not take "Stinky" to the track on a regular basis and power-brake at a Christmas tree... although I have used both my feet about 7 times to get good AE data. I don't normally do this because no transmission (not even the venerable BTS or JW) is impervious to failure under such torture... and I would bellyache about blasting away with the Buck$Zooka for the sake of beating on my breast-plate.
Yup... and a proper tune will prevent the wailing my transmission has survived.
right, tuning is always a key role. its gonna get live tuned by jonathon at NLTD as soon as possible after my injectors are in. so im sure it can cope with just a chip for now until the live tune.

Mine has and continues to stand the test of time...
I've had one on my Excursion for 7 years and 251K (knock on wood) it's stood up to the heaviest of loads AND the power I'm putting down now with Stage I's and a 38R.
All I've done is install a Sonnax/Tricumulator shift kit, added a 6.0 trans cooler, flushed the fluid every 30K with Castrol Mercon V TransMax fluid, and kept a magnetic inline filter to catch whatever shavings/particles that end up in the fluid and it's been solid.
If you can't quite afford a BTS or JW trans, I highly recommend the HD4R100.
