'39 1/2 ton Ford? Large lug pattern, flathead V8. Beltline is different from my '38. I would say fenders look more '36. hmmmmmm, early resto-mod?

Looks like a 37. Not a 38, those have the ribbed belt molding like the 38. The cabs kind of go like like this '32-'34, '35-'37, '38-39, '40-'47 are more or less the same, save for a few minor details.
