Surging Black Smoke now dead

Looking for advice on possible issues. 03 model 6.0

Started running rough, higher idle, surging, would go away after running. Intermitant, engine light.

Codes
P132B Turbo boost gate performance
P2285 ICP sensor low
P0404
P1408

Now dead on driveway. Considering replacing ICP Sensor

Recently (5K) removed EGR, added up pipe & oil cooler

one or the other could be from unhooking EGR valve did they clear the codes after Installation,may need to pull and clean the soot off and make sure the connection is firmly plugged back in.
the p-2285=ICP circut low would be ICP /Pigtail as you well know ICP is behind Turbo.
p132b turbo gate ? havent read up on that one yet but Boost would be from Map EBP, VGT sensers, you could try cleaning
MAP connection to Intake
EBP and tube to manifold ( just make sure the hole in the senser is clear and run or take tube off or run weed eater line thru past the manifold no blockage.
need to post some values for the guys to follow
MAP ,baro,EBP,ICP, ICPV,FICM,boost,Whats the batterie test separete may need to put them on a charger
