Interior Question

Picking up a 2002 Excursion Limited on Tuesday. Interior is a two toned "Eddie Bauer" type only with Limited embroidered on the seats. All of the limiteds I looked over the past couple months were one toned light tan leather.

Anyone else seen this? Assuming it was an option. Curious is all.

Welcome to the X fold.

Like you say that was an option, like the captain chairs for the second row. Usually 60/40 split bench with centre pull out console. For some reason I want to also say that color option was only offered for late 02+ years.

Same here. I also have the captain's chairs. Looks great and I swear the dark color wears better.

I have the exact same set up in my 02 limited.

Am I correct in saying the eb edition has black and tan?

For the most part except if it's a limited it will have the word "Limited" embroidered on the front top of the front seats as shown above in one of my pictures.

Apparently that two tone leather in the Limited edition was a late 2002 option. Before that it was only available in an Eddie Bauer edition. My Excursion was a late 2002 vehicle that was delivered in August of 2002, therefore it have that option available at the time.

At least that is what I have gathered in my research.

That is the same set up I have with the exception of the captions chairs in the middle row. The two tone is correct, it's a limited - Unlimited package that was available on the 02.
