Upgraded Lights? HIDs ??

Looking at upgrading the head lights on my 03 Navi. The stock lights are fine but I've been in a few cars that have HIDs and the visibility is incomparable. I have read that the HIDs are a killer for drivers on coming.
Whats the best what'd you have to do to get it in and how much?

Umm... yea thats why i said i've read there killers to oncoming drivers??? Anyway I was looking for a suggestion on new head lights.
I'VE ALSO read that if you adjust HIDs right they wont blind on comers.

Since the 03 Navi's Came w/ optional HIDs try to find one with that at you local pull-a-part, Should be plug n play? But you can go Aftermarket and get some that have high and low beams

Ok... so were makin progress, i can get HIDs i just need to be sure i get a good tow rope for on comers!
