7.3L with EGR?? and codes from programmer
That would be Exhaust Pressure Control Valve, which the 7.3L does indeed have.
That has nothing to do with Exhaust Gas Recirculation, which the 7.3L does not have.
The truck thinks your Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor is faulty, or senses that your Exhaust Pressure Regulator is faulty.
Because you have a tune, who knows what is happening... but this is a common code that tunes seem to produce.
If it is parameter ID 0478, then clean the tube that goes from the passenger side exhaust manifold to the sensor in front of the engine.
Is the Keep Alive Memory parameter Id p0603? If so, lots of tunes make the computer put up that code. In the olden days, that used to be the red flag that a chip or tune may have been run, but disconnecting the battery would produce the same code.
On the turbo code, is it p0238? That's a mandatory (federally required) first order fault. It was THIS code, and not the others, that set off your check engine light.
It means your MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure) is operating out of scale (or shorted to ground, or something wrong). That's typical when people run tunes that exceed the factory intended boost levels. Some tuner's give customers zanier diodes to splice into the MAP circuit. Other folks run "boost tubes" that have a dial that bleeds MAP.
The other two codes regarding Keep Alive Memory and the Exhaust Pressure Control didn't set your MIL light, but they remain resident in memory.
You've got your homework cut out for you!
The SCT programmer is increasing the fuel delivery and causing an over-boost condition. Fairly normal for that sort of thing. Just live with the temporary light and associated code or get a boost fooling device. Some custom tuners adjust the set limits of that code so the light doesn't trip all the time.
Your EBPV might have been disconnected or removed. Another common mod on these trucks. Have you owned your truck since new?

Does your tune override the valve circuit?
Is the back pressure valve even there? (it's physical presence or lack thereof will not trigger the check engine light... some guys maintain it's electrical presence but disable it's physical presence to avoid setting the light)
I can tell you what the codes mean, but as long as you have a tune in your PCM, it is hard to say what actually is going on without more experience.
I don't run tunes, so I don't have that experience.
