I bought a replacement pump about 20 years ago for a 79 / 400 engine and it came with the bracket. I don't know what you can get now days.

Maybe from a van but good luck finding one in a junk yard.
Wildhorses has one they just came out with recently but I don't think it works with the air conditioning setup....
