Did any of the 400/351m engines run a saginaw type pump in the 80's trucks? looking for a bracket for a 400 ford upgrading to saginaw pump. will build but a factory bracket is possible will go this route. thanks from wyoming.

 

I think it was the 80s vans that ran that pump, and they were the Windsor motors.

 

All years Ford Econoline vans used Saginaw pump, so just find a van with a matching engine to your truck, and everything will be there.

79-81 vans did have the 400 engine as well.

1975/79 E150/350: 300 I-6, 351W / 1975/79 E250/350: 460 / 1979/82 E100: 300/302 / 1980/82 E150: 300/302/351M/351W/400 / 1980/82 E250/350: 300/351M/351W/400/460.

351M/400 cancelled at the end of the 1982 model run, cancelled at the end of the 1979 model run (cars). "Downsized" 1979 LTD/Grand Marquis not available with 351M/400.

1972/79 Passenger Cars with Hydro-Boost also used the "canned ham" Saginaw pump. 1975/79's were available with 351M/400's (except as noted above).
