Pretty much convinced its pumps. Gonna pull the tanks tomorrow after work. There are fluctuations in fuel pressure. Replaced the pressure regulator, no change. The pressure is 34-35 it will start if the key is cycled a few times, but dies without warning due to a pressure drop. Let's hope this gets it. Will let you know.

The key being cycled will tell you nothing.
To check the fuel system you need to hook up the fuel gauge, ground pin #6 of the self-test plug or short pin#2 to pin#6 and turn on the key.
The selected fuel pump should be 42-45psi.
Turn off the key and the fuel pressure should drop a few psi and then drop very very slowly and down to zero overnight.

The fuel pressure for a 302 should be 31-34psi at idle depending on the vacuum at the FPR & 40-42psi at WOT.
It should also be 42 to 45psi if you pull the vacuum line off the FPR while the engine is idling.

Started and died pulled codes again. Ran through all systems. Last code thrown PIP SENSOR. Never thrown a 211 code before, even a ghost code guess it had to fail completely. Now change O2 ans should be good to go. Thanks for the help. New fuel pump, distrubtor, Fpr(failed), coil(weak) TFI, cap&rotor, and IAC. New clutch, master cylinder, and slave cylinder. Almost new except the rust.

I would change the PIP sensor. Maybe the the PIP sensor was the only thing wrong with it to start with.
