Well call me a skeptic but I'd be really surprised if it is. I'd be more inclined to believe it's a Cleveland especially since it has no provisions for the A.I.R. injection that came on the 351M/400.

It is way too narrow for an M-block. Notice how close the middle (smaller) hold-down bolt holes are to the edge of the carb mounting flange. Those holes are twice as far away on an M-block manifold.
P.S. Ford never produced a 4V manifold for the M-block (351M/400). Believe me, Edelbrock and Holley sure do wish they did!
I drove A LOT of those Galaxies and LTD's back in 71, loved that motor, but I never saw a 4V. I worked in a service station where we washed the cars after they were 1st serviced fresh off the transport under contract with a dealership. When we first saw those cars we had no idea what this new hot engine was. Damn things would burn rubber all the way back and forth to the dealer! -hehe
Of course those Yellow Mustang Mach I twisters were fun too
Weiand and Edelbrock both make 4V intakes for the 351M/400. Edelbrock makes an EGR model and non EGR, Weaind only makes the non EGR. They're both aluminum and $400 sounds a little steep.
I don't believe the 351M/400 was ever used in Aussie vehicles, only the 351C and Canadian models all used the U.S. spec motors so no 4V manifolds.
I was figuring so, cast is nice but alumiumn is lighter Well Parts O Rama is coming up this weekend so I'm off to look for an alumiumn intake. Which will be better w/a Carter 625 on top, a Edelbrock Performer 400 or a Weiland? Thanks!
I said I emailed the seller, he checked it out and made a change
You can get Weiand and Edelbrock manifolds from Summit or Jegs. The Weiand manifold has a better carb sealing surface for a little less trouble down the line. Performance of both units is the same for all intents and purposes.
