Looking for a few options here... The lower left timing cover dowel threads are stripped and I have a water manifold with stripped threads. I would like to fix both.
Helicoils arent working. I have durability concerns with epoxy. What else can I do? I was thinking some sort of threaded insert would be ideal but I cant find one that fits. I figure I can take the water manifold to a shop and have them weld up the hole and redrill. The block isnt coming out.
