drilled into water jacket

I was attempting to drill/ extract an exhaust manifold bolt and drilled into the side of the water jacket. 2006 5.4 Triton. Can a machine shop drill out stud and put insert in with new threads and seal the hole?

I would think its possible.
Maybe braze it up and then drill and tap it?

If it is a clean drill through, I would just tap it and screw a plug in it. Do not forget the locktite!
