On my 1999 Super Duty with the transmission slid back a couple of inches and the intake manifold removed I used the following:
Front - Top of block behind where the alternator mounts and at the front of where the intake manifold sits there are threaded holes you can use.
Back - I used the top two holes where the transmission bolts to the block.
