no start AFTER 160xv removal

OK i buy a 2006 F-250 5.4 XLT its got sensor issues and no pats system that I am aware off.Drove it to the shop door and was next in line to come in,so while I was waiting figured I would cut out the command start a 160xv viper one the ribbon wire was just laying on the floorboards so why not?Well cut the wires out now the dam thing wont start tried everything even the A/E dosent show anything ?Tried hooking it all back up still a no go,the pump is working its like there is no fuel to injectors, but have lots of fuel rail pressure.Think it has to do with the pats in these trucks but its a standard key and there is no blinking dash light anywere.Tried to find the wiring diagram for the remote but it doesent really show anything if a wire was cut and left off somewhere cause I seached everywere in this truck for a one ended wire or even a relay?Have the fuse panel out no loose wiring there, except the uplifter ones and ones to outside under the hood.Is it possible for the pcm to crap out by unhooking this 160?Not sure how to test the pcm as the A/E has nothing for that. The cranck sensor shows good and in sync with cam.Any ideas greatly appreciated as would like to get it out of shop now or am going to part the dam thingout.I have 15 trucks mainly F-350 deisals but 2 of these and a v10 and its all coming back why I said nomore gas jobs LOL
