I bought 2002 Explorer Sport Trac. I need Head replacement instructions step by step PLEASE! Someone took it apart then left it. Have all parts and new left head, spark plugs, oil change stuff, and gaskets. Never done this one on new vehicle! I have had small motors class in college but overhead cam V-6 4.0 motor has me stumped especially since I didn't take it aprt to start with
