ah.... can't get comcast that I know of.....
can you go to speedtest.net to see what it reports for your speed ?
(had uverse and was slower than rated and they wanted me to use their internal speed tool and it was like 5 or 6 mb faster than anything else )

I can't get comcast either.
I have a Uverse [VDSL] business class and I get exactly 12 Mbit down and 1.5 Mbit up using internal bandwidth monitoring.
My home connection is ADSL and youtube overloads it; it's sad.
Speed test sites aren't 100% reliable.
My work 20/20 Mbit is guaranteed bandwidth.
Speed test sites report it as 15/7 on average but I know I get the full connection.
I questioned AT&T the night we installed it.
Knowing better than to rely on a speed test, I ended up looking like an idiot when my internal monitoring showed 20/20.
AT&T’s speed test is within their network so yes, you’re going to see good numbers when using an AT&T connection.
