I'm putting together a blown hemi with 2 Edelbrocks, fuel pressure regulator, 40 micron inline filter, Holley blue pumo, 100 micron inline filter and a beer keg gas tank with a fuel sump.I'm planning on using a 1/2" hose from the sumo to the 100 micon filter and continue with the 1/2 hose to the fuel pump. From the pump I'm planning on using 3/8" aluminium tubing. I'll be using Russell pipe adapters everywhere. Will my plan work and be safe if I clamp down the tubes every foot or so? Is aluminium safe enough? I'd like to use the Russell pipe adapters so I won't have to flare the tubes. Has anyone used these adapters?

I think you need AN fitting to be drag legal but someone on here knows for sure.I know you are only allowed I think 6' inches total rubber.
Many modern day cars use aluminum fuel lines so I don't think that the aluminum would be an issue. 3/8 should be sufficient supply as well. Russell makes quality hose products, they are a division of Edelbrock. At the pressures you will be running I see no problem with almost any fittings that you may choose...as I recall the blue Holley is only putting out around 15 psi, much lower than today's vehicles with EFI that are pushing the 60 psi mark.
