EBPS Sensor / Tube

I have seen several videos on the cleaning of the EBPS Sensor along with the tube it is connected to on a 7.3 PSD. Is this really necessary. Will it help improve MPG at all.

If its plugged then yes it should help..

It restored my to 16-17 from 14-15. So I say that it helps. I also worked on a few other things, but the best improvement was from cleaning out the ebps and tube. Mine was fully encased in crap. Truck is running great now.

I lost 1mpg after cleaning mine but I think I may have been to rough on the sensor. I have a new one on the way and will find out soon if my suspicions are right.
