99 ranger 2.5 I4 5 speed nam. 225-75-r15 liberator on/off road tires p/s works fine no leaks just seems to be a little hard to turn when turning at very slow speed & turning around ect. thanks for any imput. note i run 33psi cold am. meant man. line 1

hello, my Ranger is not lifted, but in my younger days I ran a full size chevy w/40's.. Yes it was hard to steer at slow speeds and when tire pressure was low... Large tires are very hard on the front end.. If you have full time 4 wheel drive, you may look into changing it to part time. Also keep it lubed and use urethane bushings where possible.. Change the fluid in the pump, depending on milage.. I changed my hoses to bradied stainless after I blew a hose.. Alos, I do not know the mechanical work-up of a ranger, but I up graded the pitman arm.. I hope this steers you in the right direction... Good luck... Travis
