400m performance build
I have a 79 f150 with the ole 400m in her, im lookin to do a little build on her, thinking a weiand action plus intake with a holley 4150, either 650 or 750 cfm, and Im lookin at getting a comp camp but not sure which one to get, also an msd ignition, and I already have hedders on her, I was hoping to get somewhere around 300 hp and 400 ft lbs of torque, but was curious what kinda bottom end work I would need to do, id be okay with changing pistons and oil pump and everything, but dont wanna get into finding different heads and all that good stuff. so you guys/gals have any suggestions about the bottom end work and what the intake and carb setup im lookin at? also what do you guys think for a cam, id like her to have a nice lil lope to her too

sorry by the way if theres already a bunch of threads about this, I cant stand being on the internet digging, trying to find the right info, figured id come here and get a nice straight answer, thanks for the reply too!
