93 E150 5.8 plug replacement = itchy hands
I replaced the plugs of the 93 E150 5.8 today and the tops of my hands are itchy even after a shower. I imagine this is from ungloved hands brushing against the fiberglass - I hope it's not asbestos 
- firewall insulation. Thoughts?

Don't worry. It's not asbestos.
I know the same feeling.
My Firewall isulation was damaged by a marten, so everytime i did something on my engine my hands started iching too -> until i finally ripped it out
Just wash your hands with cold water to close the pores (so the fiberglass don't get deeper) and try to remove it with some adhesive tape or body wax.
